Kinmount House and grounds lend themselves to offer several opportunities for the corporate or private sector. Whether it be for a launch of a new of motor car, product shoot, feature film, private gathering or just a damn good celebration. With 10,000 acres at your disposal, the main house, Hoddom Castle and a multitude of other locations can be used for all kinds of photo shoots, corporate events or film locations.
Parties & Private Hire
The Kinmount Pavilion will be available for private celebrations, as a hospitality venue for a product launch or conferences as well as hosting weddings. It is the ideal venue as it is located on a sheltered lawn with hard landscaping surrounding it, creating a beautiful private location from prying eyes.
Corporate Hire
The house or Pavilion can be used to host corporate events in a completely private environment with on site accommodation for up to 42 people. A stunning location for team building events, product launches such as motor cars utilising the house and grounds as a backdrop for the photographs. The surrounding grounds can be used to test out 4 x4 vehicles for photo shoots. Up to 100mb internet speed is available on site for conference calling.
Filming Locations
The Estate can offer several locations on the estate for filming purposes. Kinmount House with its stunning landscaped grounds make it a fantastic filming location for period dramas as there are no electric pylons or roads visible.
Surrounded by the north and south lakes encompassed by oak woodlands and historic rides it is a very private location thus creating a very peaceful location with little background noise.
