Hoddom Castle

Hoddom Castle which is also part of the Estate, is a multi-award winning caravan, glamping and camping site surrounding the historic castle which dates back to the 1500s and is situated 3 miles away on the far side of the estate. It was the family home of Edward Jonas Brook, the founder of Brooks Cotton until the castle was requisitioned for the war effort. It is set in the most beautiful grounds surrounding the castle which is surrounded by River Annan and a stunning 9 hole golf course.

The Estate owns 3 miles of the River Annan where day tickets for Salmon, Sea Trout and Brown Trout can be purchased. It is a classic fly water but spinning is allowed when the water reaches a certain height.
